1:1 Coaching - Developing the individual to benefit the team.


Through working 1:1 individual members of your team will benefit from confidential coaching meetings. Our meetings will explore the team member's current professional goals, and following a T-GROW model, will identify and plan actions needed to move towards achieving them.

How?

1:1 coaching sessions are carried out via Microsoft Teams, allowing you to book sessions at times that suit your work. Most clients choose between 45 minute and 1 hour sessions.

What?

You determine what we discuss.


I listen, question, challenge and support you to identify your solutions.

How often?

That's up to you. An interval of between 4 and 6 weeks works well, allowing you to work on the actions you identified, and to determine your next topic. However, you can choose a different interval to suit your needs.
